Keep the liver healthy through exercise. The lymph nodes in your body are activated when you exercise thus you sweat, breathe and urinate more. This means you are helping the liver flush out toxins from your body. Breathing more means you bring more oxygen to your body. This stimulates blood circulation and helps remove waste from the blood.

Keep your liver from overworking by avoiding toxic chemicals. Exposure to chemicals like paint, insecticides, fungicides and house cleaning products can be harmful not just for the liver but for your health as a whole. To reduce exposure, you can use globes or wear a mask. Make sure that the area is well ventilated as well. Use house cleaning and personal hygiene products with natural ingredients.
